The "People's Choice Winner" for 2011 is................................. Shirley Williams for her Original Watercolor titled, "Through the Studio Window." Shirley is a Bethel Park resident and a member of the Bethel Park Art League, the McMurray Art League and is an Associate Member of the American Watercolor Society. Congratulations Shirley! Thank you to everyone who voted.
